Inspired by classic French dishes found in the countryside or along the coastline, each day they'll be learning something new. With dishes that will incorporate summery produce and taste fresh and flavorful, zesty and hearty, you'll be impressed each day by your student's creations. Get ready to dig in-- because after camp your young chef brings home dinner!

  • Monday - Quiche Lorraine; Green Salad with Simple Dressing; Pink Biscuits
  • Tuesday - French Tarragon Chicken; Sautéed Haricots Verts; Madeleines with Chocolate Sauce
  • Wednesday - Baked Salmon with Sea Salt and Sauce Normande; Sautéed Vegetables with Herbs; Apple Tarte
  • Thursday - Red Wine Beef & Fig Skewers; Roasted Cauliflower Mash with Herbed Goat Cheese; Eclairs
  • Friday - Ratatouille; Ham & Swiss Crêpes; Napoleon
