What to expect from an Uncorked Kitchen Wine Tasting
For a fun night out, look no further than Uncorked Kitchen and Wine Bar. Gather your group for an engaging evening of wine tasting including small bites and a wide variety of wines from all over the world. Great for a low-key girls' night out, a fun happy hour activity with co-workers, or a romantic date night – there’s always a good reason to spend an evening enjoying wine with loved ones. Here’s what you can expect:

Relax and socialize in a cozy, beautiful environment
You’ll have fun socializing with your group as well as other guests in our cozy, private downstairs wine cellar. Sit back and sip up as our instructors facilitate thoughtful discussions about the unique flavor profiles of each wine. Prepared to be charmed as you learn the difference between merlot and cabernet, as they weave in funny jokes and anecdotes throughout the evening.

Each tasting is designed with a unique theme in mind
Whether you enjoy Italian wine or French wine, summer whites, or winter reds, you’ll enjoy choosing the wine tasting that fits your preferences. We have a variety of different themes to choose from (usually two different sessions each month). Not sure what to choose? That’s what an Uncorked Kitchen wine tasting is for! No matter the theme of the course, you’ll come away from it knowing a little better what you like and why.

Get educated and entertained by the best
Our trained experts will blow you away with their extensive knowledge of wine as they teach you how to distinguish the unique traits found in famous wine-making regions. Learn as you sip via a slideshow presentation that is both informative and entertaining, ensuring you walk away from our tasting table with a deeper understanding of the wine-making process.

Small bites and big pours
Each wine tasting experience is accompanied by a specially curated charcuterie board so that you can snack in between sips. While the bites are light and meant to be shard, the pours are heavy so we recommend stopping by our upstairs wine bar for a quick meal beforehand so that you're prepped and ready for an evening of tasting. You can book a table at our upstairs wine bar here:

We will also explore the red wines of the booming Ribera del Duero region, in addition to other areas of Castilla y León like Bierzo, Rueda and Toro.
Book NowWine Class: Wines With Age
What happens when wine is given time? In this class, we'll explore how aging transforms wine, from flavor and aroma, to texture and structure. We'll discuss why some wines are meant to age, what allows them to develop over time, and what makes older wines so unique and special. Through our tasting, we'll focus on finding secondary and tertiary flavors, shifts in structure, and the added complexity that comes with age - and learn how time can be one of wine's most magical ingredients!
