Get educated and entertained by the best

Our trained experts will blow you away with their extensive knowledge of wine as they teach you how to distinguish the unique traits found in famous wine-making regions. Learn as you sip via a slideshow presentation that is both informative and entertaining, ensuring you walk away from our tasting table with a deeper understanding of the wine-making process.

Small bites and big pours

Each wine tasting experience is accompanied by a specially curated charcuterie board so that you can snack in between sips. While the bites are light and meant to be shard, the pours are heavy so we recommend stopping by our upstairs wine bar for a quick meal beforehand so that you're prepped and ready for an evening of tasting. You can book a table at our upstairs wine bar here:

French Wine Series - Part 4: Bordeaux

Thu, November 16 7:00pm MST

We wrap up our French Wine Series with arguably the most recognized, esteemed and storied region of France: Bordeaux. The first ever Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vines call Bordeaux home, and more than 90% of the wines made here are composed mostly of those two varietals. However, not all red Bordeaux wines are alike - we will try wines from the Right Bank and the Left Bank, and taste how these areas and their sub-regions make their wines differently. We will also try the other wines Bordeaux has to offer - their delicious white Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend as well as one of the most famous dessert wines in the entire world, Sauternes!
