PRIVATE WINE BAR EVENTS: FAQ

I’m interested in hosting a private party in the Uncorked wine bar. How many people can you accommodate?

Our wine bar can accommodate private groups of up to 40 people for the interior only or 80 people with a full wine bar and Solarium rental.
What type of food is available for private wine bar bookings?

A selection of chef-prepared appetizers are available and must be pre-ordered at least ten days before your scheduled visit. Unless otherwise specified, all food will be served at your scheduled start time.

Should you wish to order additional food during your visit, the wine bar small plates menu will be available for á la carte orders during regular business hours.

If you’re looking for a more in-depth wine pairing dinner, ask about the Cellar Room – our intimate private dining space. Here, your group is invited to enjoy a chef-crafted menu, complete with hand-selected beverages.
Can you provide wine education during my private event in your wine bar?

Of course! We have a sommelier on staff and we would love to share our knowledge with your guests! Simply just reach out to our reservation team for more details.

We can also provide a sommelier for your private wine pairing dinner in our exclusive Cellar Room. Ask our event coordinator about wine bar pairing with appetizers versus Cellar Room wine pairing dinners.
Can we book your beautiful enclosed deck (Solarium) for a private party?

We offer private use of the Solarium space when booking a wine bar private event. This space can accommodate up to 30 standing and 24 seated.

If you’re looking for a private event focused on wine and craft beverages, ask us about a wine pairing at the Wine Bar. This space is ideal for cocktail parties, wine pairings, wine tastings, private happy hour celebrations, and other events where you’d prefer a series of gourmet appetizers rather than a full sit-down dinner. Our full-service bar offers a beautiful variety of wine flights, Colorado craft beers, and craft cocktails. Enjoy a sommelier-led pairing indoors, with standing room for 40, or reserve the Solarium as well for a combined capacity of 80 guests.

This private space is perfectly furnished for more formal wine and food pairing dinners, wine classes, and more. You’ll have the chance to work with a chef on a personalized, crafted menu for your group. Depending on your event and the group’s interest, we can also provide a sommelier to guide guests through a wine pairing for each course.
