Uncorked Kitchen is hiring a Chef Instructor who must be able to deliver an exceptional cooking and dining experience, while providing an entertaining, educational, and completely unique food experience that allows our customers to participate, learn, and share together.

Experience:

FRONT OF HOUSE/CUSTOMER SERVICE
When our customers arrive at the business, they may be coming in for a variety of experience options, or be unfamiliar with what we do. Our customer experience team is responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience from first contact through their visit experience including greeting, transitioning between spaces, ensuring they are walking into a well-organized and beautifully set dining area in our interactive kitchens, and getting general questions about the business and what we offer answered.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer general phones and handle initial customer interaction.
- Resolve conflict with customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of entryway, lobby area, and 1st floor bathrooms.
- Escort customers to their assigned teaching kitchen or wine bar.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of the services offered
- Communicate to the kitchen staff any last minute additions or changes to the class roster
- Serve as a secondary contact point for guests in both public and private events through the first 30 minutes of any given kitchen or wine event.
- Print rosters for public events and prepare for check-in by writing name tags and review allergies and groups with the Customer Experience Asst. Manager, Manager or Ownership.
- Set up Kitchens for both public and private events including dining area and beverage set up for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Assist with check in and greeting for private parties and kids birthday parties.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect the appropriate team members to clients to create business to business partnerships for cross promotional opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Possesses good organizational skills

KID-FRIENDLY CHEF/INSTRUCTOR/TEACHER
Do you love cooking? Do you love working with kids?
Uncorked Kitchen is hiring for a Kids Summer Camp Chef instructors to teach kids cooking this summer!
The position is responsible for teaching 8 weeks of summer camp at Uncorked Kitchen. Each week is a different theme and menus are focused around these themes. Instructors will be responsible for setting up the kitchen, organizing prep and portioning out ingredients for the kids, teaching cooking techniques and kitchen safety, cleaning up and breakdown of the kitchen. Daily communication with parents will also be required to discuss how the kids are doing in camp.
We are looking for someone that loves sharing their passion of cooking with kids and enjoys seeing the wonder and amazement that cooking can bring to children.
