Baking Classes

After much demand, Uncorked Kitchen is excited to offer baking classes to give attention to the sweeter side of food. Get gooey, sweet and scrumptious as you learn the tricks of the best pastry chefs with our baking classes. Bakers regardless of skill and age are welcome to join. (Age appropriate classes are offered.)

Breads, deserts, pies, tarts, cupcakes... the list can go on. Mix, roll, knead, slice, press, beat, decorate and dust while you make and bake your favorite treats like oven fresh pies and tarts. Or, enjoy learning new techniques and recipes like French macarons, éclairs, cream puffs and cannoli, all made from scratch and ready to share. We are excited to see you at one of our upcoming baking classes!

Eclairs & Cream Puffs

During this event you will learn to make traditional Éclairs and Cream Puffs from scratch, those incredibly delicious desserts that everyone wants a bite of! Roll up your sleeves, as you'll be working in a hands-on environment to explore the techniques of baking, piping, and decorating. (*Minimum age of 16yrs+ required.)
