We go looking beyond the usual — real winemakers, real stories, wine with a place behind it. Every month, Eric hand-picks two bottles you won't find lined up in a chain tasting room, along with his own notes on what it is, why it's in the box, and what to cook with it. This isn't a wine subscription. It's an invitation into the room.

What's included

• Two hand-selected bottles every month wines worth talking about, chosen for their story as much as what's in the glass.

• A personal note from Eric on every bottle: the story, the producer, and a pairing worth trying.

• Early access to wine dinners, Chef showdowns, and winemaker dinners.

• A free wine upgrade any time you book a Date Night cooking class.

• An invitation to our quarterly members' tasting (two tickets), poured by Eric.

• First call on tiny-allocation bottles too small to ever make the menu.

• A glass of wine on us for your birthday, and 10% off Wine Bar purchases.

HOW TO PICK UP

Pick up any time during Wine Bar hours within 30 days of your release date — no fixed day to plan around. We'll send a reminder when your bottles are ready. Feeling like staying? We'll have something open at the bar worth trying.

Must be 21+ to join. Membership renews monthly on the 1st; payment must clear before pickup. Wine selections are curated and not available for substitution. Skip a month any time through your member account — skip by the 25th to skip the following month. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice — no minimum commitment period. Someone else may pick up on a member's behalf if we're notified in advance at info@uncorkedkitchen.com and the person picking up is 21+ (ID required). Bottles not picked up within 30 days of release are returned to Wine Bar inventory — no rollover, no refund.
