When you think of Italian food, great home-made meals of pasta, gnocchi, fresh sauces, and salads come to mind. Share the joy of cooking this summer as your young chef attends this week's camp and learns a variety of different techniques and dishes. Lunch will be created by the students and served each day as they learn additional skills and enjoy their creation. At the end of each day, you'll savor dinner brought home as we explore the different regions and cuisines of Italy together.

  • Tuesday - Raspberry Balsamic & Mascarpone Crostini; Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms; Roasted Potatoes; Sicilian Fennel Orange Salad; Mint Chocolate Cannolis
  • Wednesday - Grissini Breadsticks; Fresh Pasta with Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Ragu; Roasted Cauliflower with Capers and Anchovies; Bonet (Pudding)
  • Thursday - Grilled Parmesan Asparagus; Prosciutto, Fig & Parmesan Salad; Tagliatelle Bolognese; Italian Meringue Cookies

Each class your student will bring home a meal to serve 3-4 people.
