From the East Coast's chowdahs and seafood dishes to Southern comfort food and barbecues, all the way across to California's fresh cuisine, our country offers a wide variety of foods to suit every taste. During this class, students will work on skills that will help them as they create lunch for the day. They'll also be bringing home dinner for the family each night to let you share in their adventures too. Sign up your budding chef for the culinary "road trip" of the summer!
