From the East Coast's chowdahs and seafood dishes to Southern comfort food and barbecues, all the way across to California's fresh cuisine, our country has a wide variety of foods to suit every taste. Sign up your budding chef for the culinary "road trip", where they'll be creating new menu items each class day!They'll be bringing home dinner for the family each night to let you share in their adventures too, so jump on board!

Thursday – Pan Fried Salmon in White Wine sauce, Sautéed Lemon Garlic Asparagus, Strawberry Crisp w/ Cream Cheese Whipped Cream
