Nestled in the grasslands of Wyoming, just 200 miles north of Denver, Bootheel 7 Ranch is a fourth-generation, family-owned ranch. Known for its premium Black Angus cattle, this ranch boasts herd genetics dating back over 50 years. The cattle are grass-fed and raised without steroids, growth hormones, or antibiotics, ensuring the highest quality beef. To enhance the flavor and tenderness, the beef is dry-aged for 21 days.

During this three-hour class, participants will learn to prepare and cook a delicious four-course meal using the best cuts of Bootheel 7 Ranch beef. Our expert chefs will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques to bring out the rich, natural flavors of this exceptional meat.

Jake and Kelly from Bootheel will be our featured guests of the evening and will talk about the ranch, its history, and of course, the beef.
