*Purchasing this session will sign your child up for all 4 class days, 9/25-10/16. Do you want your young chef to learn the basics of creating dishes in the kitchen? Ever wanted them to know specific knife cuts or maybe make you and the family dinner by themselves? If so, then Kitchen Fundamentals is for your child or teen! In this series they will learn the basics of knife skills, different ways to cook an egg, sauces that can be used in numerous dishes (and how to make modifications), how to make pasta AND of course delicious desserts that are sure to delight the entire family. *Meal serves 3-4 people.
