Not quite confident in your cooking at home? Wish your dishes came out better? We're here to help! Sign up, come in, and join one of professional chefs in this technique-based 4 week series. We will cover topics such as knife skills, roasting, searing, sautéing and just about everything in between. Each week will focus on one technique and by the end you will have gained a new set of skills and upped your kitchen credibility! You will create dishes each week with your fellow kitchen novices to enjoy in the kitchen, and even some dishes that you will be able to take home with you to showoff with newfound confidence.

Week 1 – Knife Skills & Sauté vs. Sear
Week 2 – Eggs and Soups
Week 3 – Roasting & Braising
Week 4 – Sauces
