Two of our most requested nights, thrown together in one skillet. This all-new Date Night pairs the char and drama of a classic steakhouse with the warmth of bourbon - glazed into a cream sauce, flambéed tableside, and folded into a molten cake with a bourbon-soaked cherry hiding at its center. Our chef will walk you through building a peppercorn crust from scratch and show you how to control an open flame like a pro (don't worry, we'll walk you through it, step by step). Grab your favorite plus-one, and come a little thirsty.
