Steakhouse night, reimagined through an izakaya lens. Instead of a long marinade, you'll build a soy-mirin-sake glaze from scratch and brush it onto a hot steak right at your station, watching it lacquer up in real time. Round out the table with charred shishito peppers and a citrusy yuzu-kosho aioli, a chilled sesame-soba noodle salad, and a silky black sesame panna cotta to finish. Familiar steakhouse night, new set of flavors.
