Spicy, tangy, cool and crisp- join us as we explore the flavors and textures each day of camp with the menus covering Tex-Mex, Central American, South American, and Mexican dishes. Each day will feature a different menu, and your young chef will be learning basic and intermediate skills as they get their hands dirty chopping, mixing, sauteing, and seasoning your dinner. At the end of each camp day your student will bring home a meal to share with your family.

  • Monday - Fresh Made Chips & Guacamole; Salsa Verde Chicken; Elote; Mexican Fruit Salad; Cinnamon Rice Pudding
  • Tuesday - Tomato Salad with Cotija; Olives & Mint; Guatemalan Rice Dish; Chicken Chile Relleno Casserole; Chocolate Bread Pudding
  • Wednesday - Picadillo de Chayote; Grilled Corn & Sweet Pepper Salad; Costa Rican Tilapia; Caramel Orange Flan
  • Thursday - Roasted Zucchini Spears with Cuban Avocado Sauce; Baked Plantains with Avocado Cream Sauce; Ropa Vieja (Stewed Shredded Beef Dish); Yellow Rice; Dulce de Leche Cupcakes
  • Friday - Cassava Fries; Steak Chimichurri and Grilled Peppers; White Bean & Chorizo Salad; Churros

Each class your student will bring home a meal to serve 3-4 people.
