What's better after a day on the slopes than some delicious eats?! No lift tickets are required to attend this event, and you don’t even have to ski. You can still enjoy the time honored tradition of Après Ski, that of enjoying great food, great company and even some great drinks! Gather round in this intimate setting with other attendees as your chef walks you through creating this delicious menu.

The air temperatures may be dropping, but it's creating the perfect splash of color in the countryside as the hills and vines change, and harvest produce begins hitting the market stands. You won't be gathering grapes or olives for harvest tonight, but you'll want to join our chef in the kitchen as they guide you through creating a meal that will transport you to the autumn season in Italy.
