Carolyn Selheim-Miller, who writes the food blog Boxes and Jars, came because she knows from personal experience how much home cooks love this style of cooking. Last year, she ran a story about one-pot meals, based on an abundance of one-pot pasta dishes she’d seen on Pinterest and floating around the blogosphere — and it was among her most popular.”
