Wine Class: Spanish Wine Series, Part 3: "Central" | SOLD OUT
Details
The winemaking region of Central Spain is sprawling and incredibly diverse. One of the largest wine regions in the world, Castilla-La Mancha, grows the country’s beloved and versatile Tempranillo as well Garnacha, and the native Bobal. International varieties like Syrah, Monastrell (Mourvèdre), Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon also thrive in the surrounding areas of Aragón, Madrid and Valencia. We’ll take a deep dive into this unique and vast viticultural area of Spain!
Our wine classes typically include a little something to help cleanse your palate, but we highly encourage you to make a reservation at the wine bar at least a full hour before class if you'd like to enjoy some small plates in the bar, or eat a light meal before attending.
