The best way to cool down in the dog days of summer is with a cool, crisp glass of wine - preferably around a pool! In this class, we will explore all the colors of the wine rainbow - white, orange, pink and red! - that pair perfectly with summer. From the porch pounders that we all love, to the beautifully ethereal and elegant, summer is a wonderful time to kick back, relax and enjoy the lighter side of wine.
Our wine classes typically include a little something to help cleanse your palate, but we highly encourage you to make a reservation in the wine bar at least a full hour before class if you'd like to enjoy some small plates in the bar, or eat a light meal before attending.

Wine Class: How to "Blind Taste"
Ever wonder how the pros go through a “blind tasting”? In this class, we’ll go over the deductive tasting method and learn more about the classic aromas, flavors and structural differences of common varietals to help us determine what we’re drinking. We promise that no blind folds will be involved, and that you’ll leave the class ready to teach your friends a fun new party trick!
