They will be creating some bright and fresh favorites of the Caribbean islands, from Puerto Rico to Aruba these fragrant and colorful meals will warm both your bellies and your hearts. Send your budding chef on a little spring break escape and enjoy some tropical eating around your table (meal serves 3-4 people).
