In this social, 18+ cooking experience, we’re bringing the classic Southern seafood boil to life with a format designed for connection as much as cooking. You’ll kick things off with a chef-prepared appetizer, giving you time to mingle before diving into the heart of the class. From there, our chef will guide you through the essential spices, herbs, and techniques that define a proper seafood boil - from seasoning the water to mastering the balance of flavors. You’ll explore traditional cooking methods like boiling and steaming while learning what makes this dish such a staple of Southern gatherings. Then comes the best part: everything is poured out onto butcher-papered tables for a relaxed, communal feast featuring seafood, red potatoes, and corn. Roll up your sleeves, dig in, and enjoy the kind of meal that’s meant to be shared.
