Just in time for summer, we’re heading to sunny and beautiful Southern Italy! We’ll start in Campania, where the volcanic soils of Mount Vesuvius speak through their wines, then move on to Puglia for their beloved rich reds. Then we’re off to the smaller region of Basillicata known for their intense Aglianico wines, and ending in Calabria to enjoy their indigenous, less-well-known offerings.

Our wine classes typically include a little something to help cleanse your palate, but we highly encourage you to make a reservation in the wine bar at least a full hour before class if you'd like to enjoy some small plates in the bar, or eat a light meal before attending.
