Tucked into the hills near Castelnuovo Berardenga, just south of Siena, San Felice has been farming the same Tuscan soil since the estate's earliest roots in the Middle Ages. In 1968, San Felice made history with Vigorello, one of the first Super Tuscans ever produced — a bold departure that helped redefine what Tuscan wine could be. Today the estate remains one of Chianti Classico's most respected producers, still rooted in Sangiovese, still farming with the same care that's carried it for generations.

Join us for an exclusive dinner with San Felice, featuring Mirko Redaelli of the estate pouring their wines and sharing the stories behind them — the vineyards, the vintages, and the philosophy that's made this one of Tuscany's most celebrated producers. Our kitchen is building a menu around their wines course by course, elevated and a little whimsical, Italian at heart with a few surprises along the way.
