Join us for an intimate, four-course dining experience that reframes tequila and mezcal—starting with the familiar, moving through tradition, and ending in pure elegance. We’re partnering with Pelotón de la Muerte and Mezcal de Leyendas to showcase just how nuanced, expressive, and downright beautiful agave spirits can be.

We’ll begin with tequila from Pelotón, grounding the evening in something approachable and recognizable. From there, we transition into a thoughtfully made, artisan mezcal—the bridge between expectation and discovery. Then, the finale: Mezcal Verde and Mezcal Cenzio from Mezcal de Leyendas, two stunning expressions that highlight terroir, finesse, and balance—mezcals that are elegant, layered, and absolutely not the smoke bomb you may be expecting.

Each spirit will be paired with a chef-driven, four-course menu designed to enhance—not overpower—the glass. Bold where it should be, refined where it matters, and unmistakably Uncorked.

Leading the evening is Danny Mena, owner of Pelotón de la Muerte and Mezcal de Leyendas, who will guide guests through the why behind each pour—agave varieties, regions, production choices, and how terroir shows up in the glass just like wine.
