Details
In this instruction-forward event, we’ll teach you to slice, dice, chiffonade, supreme, and julienne like a pro. You'll learn the techniques to help you hold your knife correctly, what to look for in a good blade, and instruct on an array of techniques that are essential to evenly cooked, beautiful dishes (and how to keep all your fingers while doing so!). We’ll turn all that freshly mastered knife work into a delicious light meal to enjoy at the end of class.
