Learning how to cut properly can make the difference between unevenly cooked dishes and poor flavor development, and kitchen excellence. In this instruction-forward event, we’ll teach you to slice, dice, chiffonade, supreme, and julienne like a pro. Your chef will discuss how these cuts can be incorporated into your cooking, address knife safety and proper grip technique, knife varieties, and what to look for while purchasing. At the end of the class we’ll turn all that knife work into a delicious light lunch to enjoy together!
