Details
Spicy, tangy, cool and crisp- join us as we explore the flavors and textures each day of camp with the menus covering Tex-Mex, Central American, South American, and Mexican dishes. Each day will feature a different menu, and your young chef will be learning basic and intermediate skills as they get their hands dirty chopping, mixing, sauteing, and seasoning your dinner. At the end of each camp day your student will bring home a meal to share with your family.
