Who said learning isn’t any fun? Your young chef will learn the ABC’s of cooking and eat the fruits of their labor while they’re at it! Chopping, they’ll mince, slice and dice with the knife. Searing, sautéing, braises and baking will all be covered. We’ll start students off with the basics and increase the tools in their arsenal each day of the camp week. Each day they will be creating a lunch, eaten by students in class. Finally, they’ll show off to your family and bring home dinner each day of camp, dessert included!
