We’ll explore how isolation, unique climates, and especially volcanic soils can create distinctive wines with surprising character. From windswept coastlines to ancient volcanic landscapes, discover the grapes and regions that make island wines truly one of a kind.

Our wine classes typically include a little something to help cleanse your palate, but we highly encourage you to make a reservation in the wine bar at least a full hour before class if you'd like to enjoy some small plates in the bar, or eat a light meal before attending.
