Take a culinary journey to Italy this fall break with our one-day cooking camp designed for young chefs aged 7-17! In this hands-on class, kids will dive into the rich and vibrant flavors of Italian cuisine as they learn to create a delicious menu inspired by the season.
Our talented instructors will guide campers through the process of making Italian Sausage Zucchini Boats, a hearty and flavorful dish that showcases the best of fall’s harvest. Next, they’ll whip up a fresh and zesty Pesto Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes & Arugula, perfect for a comforting yet healthy meal. To top it all off, campers will prepare irresistible Chocolate Chip Orange Cannolis—a sweet treat with a citrusy twist.
This camp is perfect for kids of all skill levels, offering a fun and educational way to develop their cooking techniques while exploring the tastes and traditions of Italy. By the end of the morning, your young chef will have created a delicious meal to bring home (serves 3-4 people)!
