Get ready for a flavorful adventure to India this fall break! In our one-day cooking camp, young chefs aged 7-17 will explore the vibrant and aromatic cuisine of India, learning to create a delicious meal that they’ll proudly bring home to share with their families.
Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, campers will master the art of making Chicken Tikka Masala, a beloved Indian dish rich with spices and creamy tomato sauce. They’ll also learn to prepare soft and pillowy Naan bread, perfect for soaking up all that flavorful sauce. To complement the meal, they’ll cook up Bombay Potatoes, seasoned with fragrant spices, and whip up a refreshing Raita to cool things down. For dessert, campers will create a Pumpkin Chai Panna Cotta, a delightful fusion of fall flavors and Indian chai spices.
This camp offers a unique opportunity for kids to develop their cooking skills while experiencing the tastes and traditions of Indian cuisine. By the end of the morning, each camper will have prepared a meal that serves 3-4 people, ready to bring home and impress the whole family.
