During this event you will learn to make traditional Éclairs and Cream Puffs from scratch, those incredibly delicious desserts that everyone wants a bite of. Roll up your sleeves, as you'll be working in a hands-on environment to explore the techniques of baking, piping, and decorating. Our chef will also guide your through understanding pastry components such as dough, fillings, creams, glaze and ganache.
