In this four-week series you will be guided by one of our talented chefs in expanding your knowledge of how to cook vegetables, grains, pasta, meat and fish. Refine your techniques over the course of four weeks, learn the tips and tricks of professional chefs, and discover how to apply them to your home cooking. By the end of this masterclass, you will have gained a deeper understanding of culinary skills to feel more confident in the kitchen!
This is a four-part series starting November 14th and running every Tuesday through December 5th, from 10am to 2pm.
You do NOT need to have taken Skills I to attend this class.
