We will cover topics such as knife skills, roasting, searing, sautéing and just about everything in between. Each week will focus on one technique and by the end you will have gained a new set of skills and upped your kitchen credibility! You will create dishes each week with your fellow kitchen novices to enjoy in the kitchen, and even some dishes that you will be able to take home with you to showoff with newfound confidence.
