Feast your eyes on fun, imaginative but also important lessons learned through these classic and new reading list books. Reading is important because it develops the mind. Similarly, we can learn to cook, and cooking is one of the best ways to show kids that "cooking the book" offers tangible results (and tasty ones!). During this 5-week class series, these classic young adult book recipes will bring you and your young chef's favorite stories alive, right in our kitchen. The once dreaded required reading list now has your kids excited to enjoy the menu with your family, read and spend quality time recreating these recipes over and over again. (Meal serves 3-4 people)

Skills your child will be learning:
-Food hygiene and safety
-Whisking, using the mixer, food processor, and blender
-Using a gas stove top burner
-Knife skills and safety, focusing on fine motor skills & coordination
