In this side-by-side tasting, we’ll compare wines from Germany and Alsace to discover how climate, soil, and winemaking traditions shape the same varietals in different ways. Taste, compare, and see if you can spot the subtle—and sometimes dramatic—differences between these neighboring wine regions.

Our wine classes typically include a little something to help cleanse your palate, but we highly encourage you to make a reservation in the wine bar at least a full hour before class if you'd like to enjoy some small plates in the bar, or eat a light meal before attending.
