You’ll learn how to up your avocado toast game with shrimp and avocado tostadas. Next no meal is truly Mexican without enchiladas and Mexico’s favorite chili pepper, the poblano! Then you’ll get a recipe for beans that will get even your pickiest excited about them. Lastly we’ll top off the event with bananas that have been flambéed with Kahlua a la mode with toasted coconut. If that doesn’t taste like vacation what does?
