Do you have a young chef that is eager to show off their cooking skills? If so, help make their culinary dreams come true by signing them up for one of Uncorked’s Summer Cooking Camps. Over the course of one to three jam-packed days, students will be immersed in a hands-on culinary experience led by experienced chefs who know how to make cooking fun and exciting. Each camp session follows a regional cooking theme such as South of the Border, Summer in France, Italian Mangia, and more that will spark their creativity and ignite a cultural curiosity in students as they get their hands sticky whipping up new, chef-designed recipes.
At the end of each class, your young chef will return home with a self-prepared entree and dessert that will feed up to four, and is guaranteed to have the whole family begging for more.

Week of 6/6 - 6/10 - Culinary Boot Camp
In our Culinary Boot Camp, students are taught the ABCs of cooking over the course of three fun-filled days. Young chefs will enjoy searing, sauteing, and baking their way through camp as they level up their cooking skills, and bring home a sizzling main entree and decadent dessert each day. By the end of camp, you’ll be blown away by your young chef’s new and improved abilities, as students leave with a greater appreciation for home-cooked cuisine.
Recipes in this camp session include; Deviled Eggs, Roasted Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Crostini, Banana Bread, White Cheddar Mac and Cheese, Bacon Tomato Jam, Crispy Coconut Shrimp, Stuffed Garlic Mushrooms, and Chocolate Bread Pudding.

Week of 6/13 - 6/17 - Great Uncorked Bake-off
This Great British Bake-Off themed camp is the perfect treat for the budding baker who has a deep appreciation for a perfectly baked cookie. Focused on oven-friendly cooking, each young chef will be instructed on how to prepare both savory and sweet creations, as they bring home scrumptious treats that will have you patting yourself on the back for signing them up. Who knows? They might even win star baker.
Recipes in this camp session include; Pumpkin Rolls, Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Lemon Bars, BBQ Meatloaf, Raspberry Sweet Rolls, Baked Shrimp and Vegetables, Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies, Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cake, Chicken Pot Pies, and Blueberry Peach Pie.

Week of 6/20 - 6/24 - Tour of Asia
In this three-day whirlwind Tour of Asia, students will get to experience the magic of Asian cooking for themselves as they try their hand at traditional cooking techniques that have been around for thousands of centuries. Be prepared to have your taste buds blown away as your mini chef brings home an array of Asian-inspired delicacies that they’ve sliced, diced, and stir-fried along the way.
Recipes in this camp session include; Sesame Chopped Salad, Mongolian Beef, Fried Rice, Almond Cookies, Thai Cashew Chicken, Ginger Cookies, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Plum Sauce, Mango Mousse, Steamed Dumplings, Sesame Ginger Beef Stir Fry, and Poppy Seed Buns.

Week of 6/27 - 7/31 - Summer in France
Inspired by fanciful French cuisine, this camp teaches young chefs the art of cooking with delicious, fresh ingredients to create entrees and desserts made popular in France. Students will cook and bake their way through the French countryside, all the way up the coastline, as they spend their days perfecting pastry doughs and chopping vegetables for the perfect French casserole. Recipes in this camp session include; Au Gratin Potatoes, Ratatouille, Pea and Ham Tartlets, Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms, Mushroom Chicken Pasta, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Tarragon Potato Salad, Blueberry Tart, Orange Madeleines, Baked Salmon with Lemon, and Haricot Verts.

Week of 7/11 - 7/15 - American Road Trip
Our American Road Trip camp will take your young chef on a culinary adventure across the diverse culinary landscapes found in the United States. Each day, students will learn how to whip up classic American entrees and desserts from scratch, ranging from East Coast classics like clam chowder to Southern staples like buttery biscuits, which they will then be easily able to recreate for you at home. Order up!
Recipes in this camp session include; Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Peanut Butter Bacon Cupcakes, Potato Salad, Chicken Broccoli Cheese Bake, No-Bake Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce, Shrimp Tacos, Grilled Street Corn, Blackberry Pies, Buttermilk Biscuits, Sloppy Joes, Brookie (brownie cookie), Waldorf Chicken Salad, and Coconut Macaroons.

Week of 7/18 - 7/22 - Mangia Italiano
Italian food holds a special place in most chefs’ hearts – and your budding chef, too, will fall in love with the romantic cooking style Italy is known for. Each day, junior chefs will enjoy whipping up hearty, fresh pasta dishes and savory desserts to bring home for your family, which might have you throwing all of your Italian takeout menus out the window.
Recipes in this camp session include; Fresh Pasta, Pesto, Ricotta Bread, Caprese Salads, Prosciutto Wrapped Peaches with Balsamic Glaze, Tuscan Garlic Chicken with Fettuccine, Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Vegetables, Strawberry Lemon Panna Cottas, Stuffed Peppers, Spinach Salad with Fresh-made Italian Dressing, Lemon Chicken Spaghetti.

Week of 8/1 - 8/5 - South of the Border
Say adios to your young chef as they head South of the Border, and are immersed into the many unique cultures and flavors found in Tex-Mex, Central and South American cooking, and Mexican dishes. Instructors will introduce students to the fresh flavors that make up most Latin American and Hispanic cooking and the different ways to utilize them at home, as they prepare some of the most popular and delicious recipes you enjoy when eating out at your favorite Mexican restaurant.
Recipes in this camp session include; Salsa Verde Chicken, Pico de Gallo, Mango Guacamole, Shrimp “Ceviche”, Elote, Guatemalan Coffee Brownies, Cheese and Bean Enchiladas, Arroz con Leche, Shredded Beef Tacos with Accompaniments, and Caramel Apple Empanadas.
