Event summary:

Come in and join us as we kick off our New Year's Resolutions for this season! Eating more whole plant-based foods means more antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Ultimately, it means a healthier you! We’ll use seasonal produce, hearty beans, earthy grains, and great alternative sources of complete plant based proteins. In this interactive and informative event, Chef Sarah will focus on her background in nutrition to educate you on how to maximize your time to prepare quick, healthy meals throughout the week. Today you'll be creating and enjoying a lunch as well as packing up something to take home with you!
